Profile of Tsunehiro Suda
He was born in Soka-shi Saitama 1965. Honorary Citizen of the City of Rotorua, New Zealand
He has been producing the subdivisions which have an overseas atmosphere such as "Carson Village Soka" with California motifs, "Rotorua Land Soka" with New Zealand motifs. He was part of the project team involving the leading companies from nationwide. They have been organizing the projects. Residential Zone "Rotorua Town Beppu" with 139 lots is one of the best examples.
In his previous employment, he established the Japanese first Design Centre that lets customers experience. Produced Austrian style residential "Maria Dorf Yumemino" with 154 lots, Spanish style residential "Casabonita Yumemino" with 52 lots, New Zealand style residential "Rua Zealand Nagareyama" with 197 lots. He also developed and marketed low priced housing which is of wooden construction with two stories in the 100m2 at the sales price of \ 8.8 million. Moreover he was working on "Solar Town" and awarded a prize by the Minister of International Trade and Industry (Energy Conservation Award). Currently, he is developing the New Zealand House and expanding nationwide. He is the Chairman of Japanese Town Planning Promotion Conference, Executive Director of Seed Home Co., Ltd. He is the Executive Director for Public Relations New Zealand Co., Ltd. His book "Seed of Success" was published by Sinsei.

"Seed" is originated by seeds. Everything comes out from seeds.
In history, when the rice farming had been introduced, people started to settle in the areas and made villages and hamlets. The rice farming had changed our way of living. During the early war period, the gun was introduced, and the fighting style itself changed. The rice farming and the gun had changed our history.
These two ideas started from Tanegashima Island. There is also another aspect to this island. That is a Universal Centre which opens the way to the future. Is this coincidence of history?
The Company was given the name of "Seed Home" for sustained growth, by being a seed that leads us to the future and a leader in the field at all times. Providing the good products, especially in home(Home=house, family) goods.
When this mark is divided into half and combines those halves, it will make the shape of Tanegashima Island. It also shapes the rice, the gun, and the rocket as in the Tanegashima Island history. Moreover, the shape looks like the window which will lead to the future. The red and blue present the colors of blood (arteries, veins). This color’s meaning is to value the HEART. This Company Mark was designed to produce happiness with people around us.
