| Lately the home loan can go up to 35 year easily, but why the building warranty
doesn't cover as long as the home loan goes. The Company made the system that
provides our customer the extended warranty as long as home loan term by constructing
the structure which Company can assure, and managing the quality control. |
However, we conduct the fee-based inspection on 10th, 20th, 30th year under the Company's regulation. Based on the result of inspection, the house may need the fee-based maintenance required by the Company.

The construction is inspected on the spot. Even if the Company goes bankrupt,
the warranty is still valid.

 Company's accountable construction
The Company was registered of House Performance Guarantee Institution, where the housing companies' technical skills and management have to be reviewed to meet the regulation. So the Company can conduct the accountable construction.

Two inspection during construction
The inspector who is selected by House Guarantee Institution examines the construction on the spot two times.

 Friendly customer service
After purchase, the contact person will visit the customer's house after the following periods-1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years, to follow up with any necessary maintenance. We will be only a phone call away. Our system will be ready to satisfy any requirements.

House Performance Guarantee Institution is the system to guarantee the house quality and performance by Organization for Housing Warranty Foundation. The inspectors specialized in "base" "floor" "roof" etc., from third party will examine on the spot. The house which passed the examination will be issued the certificate, and can get support for the cost of repairing if any. |

The approval is checked by the third party in the field of design and construction, that is the report of house. The approval shows the degree of performance such as "the reinforcement to cover earthquake prevention", also "Fire Prevention" and various house performances. The Company would like the customer to understand the performance of house is satisfactory before issuing the official certificate.
